Cooking Class with Chef Joe Pergine

We still have seats open for this Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 7pm! Chef Joe Pergine will share his culinary wisdom during a cooking exhibition open to the public. A full meal will be prepared with a description of the recipe and a demonstration of how it's done. Meals will be paired with either beer or wine specifically chosen by Joe to provide additional impact as the flavors are enjoyed.

Braciole ~ Chicken Saltimbocca ~ Tiramisu

Admission is $35 per person plus tax

This will include the exhibition, a full dinner and the beverage pairing. A cash bar will also be available!
